it's really simple to use. Compared to the traditional ice cream markers this one doesnt require ice and salt. It mixes the cream until it is stiff enough for freezing. The ice cream texture is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! very little air is blended in with the cream mixture. All in all there is just enough air that the machine allows for the smooth and creamy texture. It's truly worth the purchase. My kids and I love it!
A FlopAugust 1, 2010 Yobob The motor is not strong enough to turn the cannister until the contents are frozen. If you pour out the contents and scrape the sides of the cannister, you might get 1/2 cup of frozen yogurt/ice cream. My wife threw the spatula across the room on our fourth attempt. This product does not work. Take it from me. Just throw your money away and avoid the aggravation.
